Dear colleagues, on behalf of the Employeneursclub I would like to invite you for our next exiting event at De Kookfabriek. Based on your feedback on previous visit we’d like to open up the opportunity for others to join this experience as well.

On Wednesday April 25th, the Kookfabriek will open its doors for us for a three hour cooking workshop including diner and drinks.
How to subscribe

You can subscribe for the event through this link (sharepoint). When navigating to the page, press “Respond to this survey”. A considerable cost reduction applies for TMC employees. A gross contribution of €20,- will be deducted automatically through the benefitshop. This means the cost to attend is only (net.) ~ €10. Please subscribe as soon as possible, we can only admit 30 persons, and admission will be assigned first-come-first-serve. Submit your admission a.s.a.p. even if submissions >30 you might still be eligible to participate.

Employeneursclub news

Last year, there have been some changes in the Employeneursclub. A newsletter will be send later with more details on upcoming events (calendar), Employeneursclub members and other news. For questions / feedback you can always contact Employeneursclub@tmc.nl . To give you a little bit of a sneak-peak: in Summer there will be a large and exiting event!

If you want to participate in the Employeneursclub, please let us know. Your contribution will be highly appreciated by TMC. Ideas for new events/locations are always appreciated.

FAQ

  • Can I bring my partner? – The Employeneursclub event will only be open to TMC employees.
  • Can I carpool? – The sharepoint survey allows you to view all participants. Please contact your colleagues to arrange carpool.
  • Can I cancel? – Cancellation is possible by sending an email to employeneursclub@tmc.nl until April 18th, however keep in mind that as this is on first-come-first-serve base, your cancellation might influence future Employeneursclub events. Only cancellations before April 18th are eligible for refund.
  • How does the contribution work exactly? – If you have questions about the gross/net arrangement, please contact your Office Manager.
  • Do I need to be able to cook? – The workshop is meant for team collaboration and fun. No experience on cooking is required. Also there will be plenty of time to have a bite, drink and mingle.
  • How do I know I can attend? – On April 18th and email will be send to all participants.
  • Public Transport accessible? – Ketelhuisplein is very well accessible through Eindhoven Centraal Station (bus) or Train station Strijp-S. It’s a 10min bike ride from city center.
  • Is parking available? – On Strijp-S enough (paid) parking spaces are available.
